Windows Update

I have Win XP Pro. When you go to Windows Update and install the selected updates. Where does the Windows Update download these files. I know first Win Update tells it is downloading the update, then he is installing it. Is there a specific folder where he downloads it? If there is please tell me where it is (ex. c:/Program Files/Windows Update/Downloads). Thanks.
