Vtruckdbg error after installing high speed web manually

Hello... hope someone can help.

We installed high speed internet manually, and now we keep getting a vtruckdbg error message when we switch the computer on. We don't even know what Vtruck is!

Would be grateful for any advice.... but please keep the techie speak to a minimum as I'm not that knowledgable on the inner workings of computers... I just type on them!

Thanks..
Jaspr

You got to give us more info Jaspr !! What kind of operating system are you running ? What kind of High spped did you get (Cable modem or high speed phone line /ADSL) ? do you have a router or not ? these information will help us understand your situation and suggest some sort of solution.
