Angry tool bar problem

My problem is that somewhere along the way , in a download no doubt, I picked up an addition to my toolbar that I don't want . How can I get rid of this ..When I go to View and click on toolbar it has a check by the name "tckcknlywyw" . If I uncheck it it goes away until the next time I restart my computer and then it reappears.

Thanks for the help

Gary

check add remove programs, see if it is listed in there, remove it if it is. then download either spybot or adaware to remove the spyware these programs dump on your system. if the program is not listed in add remove program, the spyware killers may remove it, if not post the name (if you know it) so someone can look you up a removal tool.

the only difference in the free, and the pro version of adaware, the pro has a ad-watch feature that blocks the cookies, so they are never on your drive, if you scan often, you shouldnt need the pro.
