Windows XP Task Manager Problem

Hey, I'm having a problem, when I try to go to the Task Manager by Ctrl+Alt+Delete, instead of bringing me to the Task Manager with the tabs for applications, processes, and such, it brings up this window that just shows the current user I'm logged on as. I can't seem to get into task manager. Here's an example of what I mean:


Can someone help me get it back to the normal task manager?
