low disk space warning

hi!

how do i get rid of low disk space warning that keeps on popping up on the system tray?

low disk space

check out this site: 'www.windows-help.net/WindowsXP/tune-06.
html'. In order to defragment the hard drive properly, Windows
requires 15% or more of free disk space to move files around, so this may be why you're getting the warnings. You might try cleaning out some files, folders or programs you don't require or moving some of your data to CD/DVD.

Have you tried removing any old system restore points? this removes quite a bit of space if you have a few on there
