windows explorer help!!!!!

O.K i recently upgraded to win xp and on my computer for a time my cable modem was working then all of a sudden i got DNS errors and the screen is looking for proxey settings. What can i do to correct this problem. Thanks in advance

Errr...have u check ur connection setting.

Can access it from the IE => go to tools then internet option then go to connection tab and check the lan setting??

Anything tick under LAN setting?

no noyhing is checked at all, the brwser is steady looking for proxy settings ten an dns error and then no page shows up.

I tink some software u install to cause it to seek for certain domain.

Have u try spybot and hijack this application software.

Have u set the internet connection setting? like home or lan or something i kinda of forgot>
