Lost Help & Support

Hi,
I have Windows XP Pro...I have had to reinstall it three times because IIS stops working and so does Help & Support. The event log says that the module isn't found. This time I've been lucky (

)...IIS works but Help & Support has still gone!

I had SP1 installed but this stopped working before that!

Any ideas?! Thanks

Is the service still running?

No, and it won't start...that's when I get this error. If I click on Help & Support then nothing happens.
