Question OE/mail photo's in duplicate

i've been experiencing a problem sending photo's via outlook express. my OS is win xp. i am using canon's xoombrowser to download pics. the problem is that dulpicate e-mail's with photo's attached are being sent.also, i cannot send an m-peg. i have contacted dell support, canon support, been out to ms community and asked ms mvp's for help. no solution. i did notice on the community postings, two other people with the same issue. the only definite answer i have gotten so far is from canaon, who states the problem is not with their software, rather with OE itself. someone want to grab this one and figure it out? if this is in the wrong section, sorry!!! Paul

Do you send the photo from zoombrowser or just add them as attachments in OE?

If you send the photo from zoombrowser please explain how the application works.

Are both emails going to the same recipiant?

OE/dulpicate photo's

hi looseclippings! thanks for the reply. a duplicate is sent whether i send through zoombrowser or attach a photo to an e-mail in the ususal fashion. zooombrowser is an all inclusive program in that you use it to download & store your phtos. the storage is in the c drive. within the program, as with a lot of other applications, you can change photos colors etc. when you select the mail photo feature, it then asks you to size the file, indicate quality etc. then when you select send, it launches OE and a new message comes up whith the selected photo ready for you to insert your address and message. it is really slick, ecept, it goes in duplicate. the dups do go to the same addressee. so, what do you think about that? Please send me 3 emails ...

One from zooombrowser.

One from OE with an attachment.

One from OE without an attachment.

There is a possibility that the problem is at the recipiants end.

Is it only one recipiant or all?
