runnin programs in background

im not complainin about programs runnin in the background or figuring out how to close 'em... but wut i am curious of is if it was possible to get a program to run in the background that normally doesnt and just normally sits on the toolbar instead?

try
right clik on task bar - toolbars - new toolbar

and add\drag drop whatever you want.
