windows xp and konica7020

I'm a new member.

I tried to print from a windows xp pro on a konica7020 (LPR port)
i got the following message :
"spooler subsystem app à rencontré un probleme et doit fermer :
appnome. spool.exe appver : 5.1.2600 modname : unknown modver : 0.0.0.0"

could someone please help me

mealthusser, Welcome to the forum.

All Konica printer have issues with the drivers which leads to printing problem,, please check this web site to get the latest drive for your Konica 7020,,,

I have talk to Konica rep. in our area and the were surprised to hear that I can print into Konica 7050 in Windows 2000,, cause Konica does not supply driver for Windows 2000 ( Can you believe that) so I used drive for Konica 7065 to run the 7050 on Win2k system,,,,, you may have to try driver for few other model of Konica till you get it right (like I did)
