USB Driver problem in relation to ''Mass storage device''

I have a Lexar Media Jumpdrive Pro (512 MB) drive, I use a Windows XP Prof edition. The drive was working good till now. I installed XP service pack 1 and the drive failed. When I plugin in the drive XP recogonizes the drive and adds a "Removable Drive" to the list, but when I click and try to copy anything from the drive it fails to copy. All this happened only after my upgrade to SP1. A new device called "Standard Enhanced Usb root hub" is added to the USB device list, this seems to be the problem, because before the upgrade this was maked with the ! mark in device manager, after the upgrade the device is added as i mentoned above. My drive is working fine on other XP machine without SP1 and in WIN2K machines. Can someone explain me in getting out of this problem, I want to have XP SP1 installed as that is required by a different application.
