changing xp logging screen??

I use th have graphic logging screen when I use to log into my account but somehow I got chnage to the old windows nt account log in type where you press ctrl+del+alt and type user name and password...
now I want to chnage back to graphic log in screen where the user has a piucture by it and you just have to type the password?

I tried to Click on the Box "Use the Welcome Screen" so that there is not check mark. but the box no longer exsit in user account???

when i clcik on user account i get a seperate window screen whith list of user names and their groups and advance button which has no option of having to clik the welcome screen??

plz help
