Web Pages in address bar problem

loading web pages from address bar is impossible for some reasoni dont even get aloadingbar at bottom itsodd and annoying help plz

ok i can now add i can click links from web pages look thru history and click thyoses and it loads but when i type in address bar i get nothing also downloading files crashe internet explorer

that is a weird problem. I don't know how to solve it but, if you want, Firefox is a much better browser than IE. google for firefox and use that, it beats IE into the ground with a rusty crowbar.
