Internet Connection Problems

Windows - XP Home

There are 4 users registered on this computer, 3 administrators and 1 user. When one person connects to the internet, all is fine. But when that person logs out or switches user, the connection dies as well rather than being shared by the entire user group. How can I make the internet connection *stay* connected throguhout the entire time even with people going in and out of their accounts?
