Question problem with win32 services

hi
i m using intel 2.4ghz
the problem with me is that every time when i install windows xp .i install the drivers and when i connect to the internet(dial-up)
after some time i get an eoor msg. "generic host process for win32 services failed" and then there starts count down and after 50 second the windows shuts down automatically.
this thing always happens. i try to install xp saveral time but i get the same msg.
tell me wut to do in order to avoide this problem

It sounds like you are getting infected by the Blaster ot Welchia worms.

You need a firewall before you connect to the internet for the first time.
