How to erase "save picture as" filenames cache????

probably a stupid question, but I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me how to erase the history/cache of saved "save as" file names in IE.

For example, you right click, "save picture as", and then you can scroll down the history of "file names" you've previously saved. is it possible to delete them?

you can delete what ever you want on your computer (Linux guys would say other wise) ,, Open your Internet Explorer , go to Tools / Internet Options / General Tab and that's where you can delete Internet Temporary file and History and other stuff.
