Annoying XP Boot Problem

I am having a problem with a annoying Win XP Pro booting situation.

My system32 folder pops up during booting. I was wondering would there be anyway to solve this issue.

I know its relating to the Registry keys. But I need more help.

Can anyone help me with this?
