Booting up problems
My computer worked fine last night and when I turned it on this morning it looked like it would start up fine and after I pressed my name to log on at the first blue screen it said "Loading your personal settings" and went real slow and eventually my wallpaper popped up, but nothing else will load. I can't get the taskbar, start button, desktop icons or anything. When I hit "CNTL, ALT, DELETE" the task manager comes up. I can hit "new task" and surf around in those menus and see all my programs and desktop and stuff, but it won't load. I tried System Restore to a time when I know it worked fine. After it restarts it shows the desktop for a split second and then goes back to just the wall paper. During the split second that it is up it is trying to access a program called mshta.exe. Please help.
