Trojan Horse problems

] I have been infected with a Trohan Horse ( Crypter.B) in a windows system file--syste32/cpusave.exe)

I ran the AVG program to erase it. and the file was deleted. Now some windows components do not work -- the task manager for examople, and a message popes up saying that the B trojan horse id still present, every two minutes, and the computer freeses.

I have an eMachine T1140 with 382 MG Ram and 60 GB hard drive ;ess thahalf full. I need a copy of cpusave.exe either downloaded or instructions how to find this file on the restore disks.

Any help would be appreciated.

Virus lives on in your system restore files. You need to turn off system restore and restart your computer. This will purge all the restore data including the virus.
Right click on "my computer" > system restore > turn off.
