Lost Account!!!

One day ago I downloaded Tweak UI and installed. Them I used it to disable the minimize/maximize animations, the menu animations, etc.. And I believe that I accidently turned on auto-login. This was on my administrative account. Satisfied with how my computer was running the changes (The computer is XP home by the way) I logged off. Now, the Welcome screen denies that I have any account other than my guest account. If I go to task manager and select the Users tab, it only shows the Guest account. If I disconnect the Guest account, it goes to the Welcome screen with the guest account still running, and shows also an Administrative account, but it is not my previous admin account, and it requires a password to enter, a password that I do not have. I believe that if I had admin privilages I could access the options on Tweak UI, and so possibly fix this, but since I have no admin account that I can use, this isn't possible. Other than formatting my C drive and reinstalling Windows XP, how do I fix this?

at the welcome screen press ctrl+alt+delete 2 times, it should bring up the classic log in and allow you to enter your account, if not restart, tap F8 constantly untill the menu appears the select safe mode. this should get you to the accounts that work.
