Question what is a good free firewall?

hello,
i am running pc-cillin 2002 (i cant afford the upgrade right now and already used up my 30 day trial of 2003), and the firewall works fairly well, but i am looking for something a little more complete. last night i dowloaded a freeware version of zonealarm, but i don't think i want to stick with it. does anyone have any suggestions for a better firewall thats free? im using a crappy isp service that keeps trying to butt into my computer, and they installed a bunch of spyware with their service, so i want to keep them out of my business. i appreciate any help!
