outlook simple problem

I had problems with windows ME so I changed to XP and now am having difficulty with new OUTLOOK system.

Previously I used outlook express and when I sent an email it would automatically remember the email address in a folder. Can outlook, the full version ,do this also? I want to be able to access the emails of people who have just sent me a message.

That's a secutiry feature that has been added to Outlook Full Version (you may not like it) ,, it does not add anyone's address Automatically to your address book, you have ot do it manually,, just click on the sender's name and add to Personal Address Book and Personal contact.
