Virtual Memory

I have 768MB of ram and have 2HDDs 120GB 2MB cache and a 200GB 8MB cache which is divided in 2 equal size partitions.I am new at computer,and need well explained answers.Here is my present set up on virtual memory. Operating system,Windows XP Home.

Virtual Memory Settings
C-120GB HDD-custom size checked
Initial size 348MB
max. size 768MB
E-PART. of 200GB no paging file
F-Part. of 200GB no paging file
Total Paging File Size For All Drives:
min allowed 2MB
Recommended 1149MB
Currently allocated 384MB
Question: How should all this be set?
