Well I just tried the site you posted and the reply was

There are no technical support documents for this product relating to "Download Drivers and Softwear

So does this mean I am doomed to a life of slashes for dots and
and comas for brackets

is there no other way.......Bonnie

you will have to find the software somewhere, hp enhanced keyboards have to use a start up program to control the volume and other controls on the keyboard. if you can post the model and number somone may be able to find it for you.

Maybe you could give me more details like when you buyed and where does it come from (France ,US ,UK ,etc)
Maybe the only thing that is not set right is the language/location information.

Maybe it's one of these
Hp keyboard 1

Hp keyboard 2
Model P5304H#ABA ,74.99$ USD

Hp keyboard 3
Model DL988A#ABA at 59.99$ USD

A little help on hp wireless keyboards
Help
