PCMCIA and DOS

Is it possible to setup a PCMCIA network card to work from the command prompt? I am attempting to ghost a drive from a laptop to a networked computer. I have the Ghost version that supports network but am at a loss as to how and set up the network through DOS. I have a D-LinkDE-660 PCMCIA Card. Not sure if this particualar card has support. Any help would appreciated.

I don't think it is possible to setup network from command line, DOS does not have the features.
