Multiple Language Support for - language for non-unicode program

hi all...

I know how to use the function of "language for non unicode program" in regional and language option in control panel.

But i just want to ask whether it is possible to choose two languages instead of just one. I want to run chinese and japanese. I know i can switch between the two but i want to run both at the same time.

Is there a way please help

thank you in advance,
