XP Startup Opens folder

Everytime I restart Windows XP my Visioneer folder opens. I have looked for some kind of preference setting, but I can't figure out why this folder always opens.

Click Start->Run and type msconfig

Check the Startup tab and see if there's anything in there related to visioneer that you can uncheck.
