Angry weird file

a weird file keeps apearing on my desktop every day or so.it is a regular windows icon with a little squigly line ( ~ ) under it. dont know what it is, i just delete and carry on.

When the icon next appears do the following ...

Right Click the icon > Properties > Shortcut > Copy and Paste the Target onto here.

It's a outlook express back up that lost it's way. I usually delete it and the next time it saves itself it usually finds it's way alright. Deleting it won't remove any outlook information, eg. addresses or anything.
Microsoft has know about this for a long time but it's too trivial to bother with.
