I have no control over my 'Wave' volume

Hi, I need to keep my 'Wave' volume at about 75% as if it is at 100% it sounds all crackly. However, I have to keep putting it back down to 75% every half an hour or so, it wont stay where I put it. Please help,

Kurtis
