Windows XP pro edition PLEASE HELP

Im not good at explaining things but i will try my best.
I have windows xp and my computer worked fine until few days ago. I have scaned my computer few times with northon antivirus and used spyhunter to check if something is wrong...here is whats happening:

First of all i cant access any folders unless i go run->browse and than find a folder and run a program. I can run programs from the desktop just fine...like games or microsoft word or install new things, but when i try to go start->My computer or Control Panel or My documents or just about any folder i go to my computer starts working. next thing i did was press ctrl+alt+dlt and went to Windows Task Manager-> performance and there i saw that my CPU Usage was 100% (it took me forever to get all this couze everything is so slow)and ussualy just staying there, sometimes droping to 98%...I saw that explorer was using 100% of CPU so i just pressed end task and ended the explorer...somethimes i have to do that and than log of and log on again or just use windows task manager to run programs with no exlporer running...The thing is i cant access my computer, control panel or anything else except by going start->run->browse....By using that method i cant use control panel because its not on there...But i also dont know much about computers so im sorry if this is unclear even if you just took your time to read this thanks a lot sorry if it confuses you...if anyone needs more information or whathever just ask me.

thanks a lot

If you can get to task manager, go to the Processes tab, and look for a process called 'SYSU.EXE'. If it's running, kill it.

Now, if your desktop suddenly returns to normal, then yes, you've got a virus. There is probably a folder on your machine called 'C:\Program Files\ddm'. Delete that, of course. You'll probably also want to search your registry for the string 'ddm' and kill most of what you find. In particular the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/ddm, and anything under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run and/or RunOnce that refers to 'ddm' or 'sysu.exe'

Hope this helps.
