Folders opening wrong...

Well, usually I am the one helping and giving advice, but this time I am stumped. Whenever I double click a folder to open it, it opens the search window. When I Right-Click the folder, Search is the default action (The one in bold). I have gone into folder properties and it says for "Folder" and "FileFolder" that Open is the default. I am not sure how to fix this, or where it is exactly in the registry. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou in advance.

Weird....

I would try completely removing the search option from file types "Folder" and "File Folder" then see if it default properly.

Thought of that already, there is no Search option in the folder options... I found that weird, so it must be in the registry...

Open up your registry and make your way here:-
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell

and here:-
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell

With "shell" highlighted, double-click(Default) in the right-side and type:-
none

Do this to both and all should be fine
