file problem

When i first start my computer up, i keep gettin a file error message saying that windows cannot run or start file 'c:\windows\system32\sysflg32,exe' and that it doesnt know what created it.I have tried searching for it in my system but keep getting no results. The problem isnt doing anything to my pc that i know of,but that it is annoying because i dont know what it is.So if some-one could help me on finding, or letting me know how to erase it, it would be appreciated...........I am using XP

I tried a search for it but could not get any results for it, is there any were else I should be looking. I am not sure if maybe I should go to regedit to see if its there. as I dont want to delete it in case I nead it, I can still use pc but this comes up as soon as I boot up. I only want to find out what to do with it and to stop it coming up at start, kids play with computer so I was thinking if maybe they have done something or if there is anything corrupt on computer, I would really appreciate any answer to my problem .......................ty Bonnie

1st step , run a virus check from 1 or all of these .

System Restore option in Windows Me/XP

Users of Windows Me and Windows XP should temporarily turn off System Restore. Windows Me/XP uses this feature, which is enabled by default, to restore the files on your computer in case they become damaged. If a virus, worm, or Trojan infects a computer, System Restore may back up the virus, worm, or Trojan on the computer.

Windows prevents outside programs, including antivirus programs, from modifying System Restore. Therefore, antivirus programs or tools cannot remove threats in the System Restore folder. As a result, System Restore has the potential of restoring an infected file onto your computer, even after you have cleaned the infected files from all the other locations.

Also, a virus scan may detect a threat in the System Restore folder even though you have removed the threat.

For instructions on how to turn off System Restore, read your Windows documentation, or one of the following articles:
