Windows Xp Partions

Hi,
for some unknown reason to me, I have three partions on my single drive. One has no volume name but it BASIC type FAT file system, STATUS is healthy(EISA configuration) and has 39mb capacity, with 32mb free
The other one is also with no volume name, FAT32 file system, STATUS is healthy(unknown partion), with 3.49gb capacity, and 1.30GB free.
Finally, the third one is VOLUME C, basic NFTS, Healthy(sytem)
All have NO for fault tolerance and 0% for OVERHEAD.
Now, can anyone tell me please, if I can get ride( and how) of the other two first partions?
Seems that they just are stealing disk space....
Thank you so much for your comments and advice

Before getting rid of those partitions you may want to find out what is on them first. There is obviously a good bit of information on the one.

Checking the two non-system partitions for valuable data is a valid point, but doesn't actually answer your question.

You could simply delete these two from within Windows but that would simply remove their drive letters without making their space available to you - a situation worse than you have now.

What you want is to 'merge' these partitions into your existing Windows partition, thereby making your C drive bigger by about 4 gig. To do this without harming your Windows installation requires a third party application such as 'Partition Magic', now owned by Symantec/Norton. The partition-resizing tool supplied with Windows (FDISK) will delete all the files on your existing Windows partition so it's no good for your purpose unless you're prepared to do a re-install of Windows afterwards.
