When you have your wallpaper on the desktop hit the key with "Print Screen Sys Rq" on it (its over on the right).
Then go Start/ Programes/Accessories/Paint. In Paint click on "Paste".
You will then see your wallpaper and all you have to do then is click on "File" and "Save as". You can save it as a jpg file and send it to the forum.

When you do a Reply on you forum you will see at the bottom "Attach File" and to the right is "Browse".Just click on "Browse" and look for your desktop file that you saved in your file system. Click on it and then click "Open" It will then appear in the "Browse" window. Then just do your Reply in the normal way.The file will go with it.
