deleting Dynamic volumn

I just installed a 120 GB 2nd hard drive. My OS is Windows XP Professional pc. I was trying to partition it into extended and logical drives. The Wizard came up and I goofed and ended up with a 30 GB Dynamic volumn. Even worst, it formatted it. The rest is unallocated.

How do I correct this. I was told that PartitionMagic 8 could correct it. Brought it today and it does not seem to be able to correct it.

How can I delete the Dynamic volumn?
How can I use the other 90 GB?

Mary

To delete a dynamic volume be aware that you will lose the data on that volume, so back up any important data and proceed as follows.

Click Start, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management.Click Disk Management.

Right-click the dynamic volume you want to delete, and then click Delete Volume.

You can partition and format your harddrive from Disk Management also. So I would suggest that you partition and format the unallocated space move and data on the dynamic volume to one of those partitions and then delete the dynamic volume.
