Strange error message.

e08: qttask.exe - No Disk
there is no disk in the drive. please insert a disk into drive. \Device\Harddisk6\DR14.

This error window wont leave the desk top reguardless of what I try.

Check your startup list to see if you have anything trying to start 'Quick Time'

Start > Run > msconfig > OK > Startup

TY LooseChippings. Actually before I read your reply I did go to msconfig and started unchecking all that I didn't think were applicable, and I must have gotten the right one, because at least it's gone for now and I can actually surf the internet without it locking up.
The strange part of it was that I put in an unlabeled CD so I could see what it was and label it. That's when all of this happened. I would have never thought of QuickTime in a million years....
Please keep up your great replies.... I haven't posted very much since Flyfsh and I got married lol... He keeps me pretty busy.

I had to have him log on as me just to ask someone to help.....
