disk space

Can anyone tell me that even though I am uninstalling and deleting files, my disk space doesn't change much at all. im down to about 150mb and im positive i have abuot 5or 6gb left. Anyone?????

Have you emptied the recycle bin, deleted files will still take up space until removed from the recycle bin.

have you checked how much system restore is allocated? right click on my computer and go to properties. then go to the "system restore" tab and see how much percent of the drive is available for system restore, also check this for your recycle bin by right clicking it and going to properties as well
you also might want to run the disk cleanup in accesories menu, or by right clicking the drive and going to tools
