Help!! Trying to restrict access to Internet

Hi,

I am currently running Windows XP Home on my PC. I have several accounts, I am connected to the Internet through 600Kb/s NTL Broadband by LAN. I would like to restrict access to Internet Explorer and all access to the Internet on several accounts apart from mine!! If anyone can help, then please do!!

i was just about to post a link with the how to, then i thought, this is a very complicated thing and can cause alot of headache and problems with everything. insted i will post a link to a freeware program that has a nice step by step interface that will make this much easier. and remember make a restore point so if anything goes wrong, go back to the point you made and it should put it back.
