Problem Here - SearchEXE.com my homepage?? huh

Alright, for some reason every single time I open my Internet explorer the url shows SearchEXE.com and its long, then it flashes and goes to my real homepage (google) and a damn toolbar is at the bottom (large in size) and I can simply just close it, and everythings back to normal.

Alright I want that thing, the searchexe thing to go away. I tried numours things, I tried AD-Aware, Spybot, HiJack This, and most recently, Pest Patrol. And nothing. Still there. Not only is it weird and I tried everything, sometimes when I turn my computer off and restart it the next day, I have maybe 8 icons on my desktop to like Casino sites, Entertainment sites, and I also have more Favourites and a new toolbar intitled (fdf9vudhf or something simluar and messed up).

On the side, I keep getting viruses detected called 'Download.Trojan' I just simply delete them and continue on with my going. (also about the SearchEXE its not a StartPage.Trojan.. or I dont think it is) Keep in mind, I dont have any p2p programs like KaZaa, LimeWire or eMule. And I haven't even touched my torrent downloader in weeks.

Anyway can someone help me get rid of this crud? Maybe a Defragment might fix things.. I dont have a clue, im out of ideas and seeking some advice here.

you have spyware, download a scanner like this one
http://download.com.com/3000-2094-10...ml?legacy=cnet
and remove what it finds, also, click the check for updates link on it from time to time to make sure you have the latest refference files.
