dll failed to load

When installing WINXP Home edition I received the following error message: EPGINA.DLL log on user interface failed to load....I can find no information on epgina.dll at all......HELP!! If I restart, it comes back to the same error....I can not get out of the loop.....

if its while installing xp try a different cd, if you dont have one try cleaning the disk
