Some users load slow (MSN?)

I run Windows XP with 5 users and 2 of my children's takes ages (10 minutes)to load up their personal settings whereas the others load really quickly

Any ideas? the only thing they both use which we don't is MSN Messenger

help and advice gratefully received!
