Not showing my CD Roms

My CD Rom Drives are no longer showing in my computer and not working when I put CD's in, the lights are on the front to show that they are working, Ive even taken out the leads off from inside and reconnected them....

Any ideas on how to fix this, and what may be causing it..

This is the message i m getting, ive tried uninstalled the drives but to no avail
