Windows won't close
I have XP home edition. Sometimes I can't close a web page or window. I just get the error ding sound. What can I do?

Sounds like a pop-up message has come in front of the window. Look for one using ALT+TAB

Have you searched for spyware or a virus?

You should run Adaware or spybot search and destroy. Adaware use the free one.

Spybot search and destroy A great tool but read the help first..

Also if you ahve no AV then you can do a free online virus scan Housecall It is good and easy to use.
