Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error

I'm getting a "Runtime Error". I get a program file address and a not saying "abnormal program termination".

I don't really notice anything different so not sure what this error is telling me (and not sure what Visual C++ is).

Appreciate any knowledge/help.

that is a link to what the program is, what have you installed lately? just before the problem started. if nothing comes to mind run a on-line virus scan.
