ERROR for everything!!

Ok, when I try to use any command in 'Run' or when I tried to reinstall Half-Life my computer decided to send me this fun little message:

An installable Virtual Device Driver failed Dll initialization. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Yay!! Now I can't do anything except get online and ask for help. I've never seen nor heard of this problem and I am praying someone out there can help me out.

Nope, didn't help. That program (unless I don't know what I'm doing) didn't tell how to fix the errors, it just gave me a big list of them.

Um...let me start by saying I love you as much as one man can love another man. The only reason I don't kiss you is because we are nowhere near each other, and I'd probably get punched in the mouth for it. Regardless, I thank you very much the problem is solved and my worries are gone. Thanks a lot man.
(Just kidding about that kissy stuff =D)
