Angry Error in XP. Need expertise advice.

I have read the "Read This - Will Help Us Answer Your Questions Better " thread. So here goes to the best of my ability. First timer on the forum here.

Here is my error message. It happens when I try an open Internet Explorer on a limited account.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I get the error only when I'm on a limited account. When I change the account type to Administrator I no longer get the error.

1) Version of XP - XP Home
2) Hardware setup - I have Ad-Aware and Norton
3) What exactly happened leading up to the problem -Tried to open Internet Explorer and got the above error.
4) Exact error messages - See above.
5) Any antivirus, firewall software you are running - I am running Norton Antivirus. Going to install Zone Alarm later.

I just need help. I have looked all over the Internet for a solution. Please help.

Thanks in advance. I am on for another 1 1/2 hours. So I will be here to answer any replies.

Yes I have downloaded all of the updates. Would it still be a script debugging problem if the Admin could access IE and the limited users couldn't?

No you should not be getting the debugging script even on a limited account..But if you have been denied access to the internet on your account this could be the cause but doubtfull.

Did you go into tools at the top of the page then internet options and do what i told you? the last link i gave you gives you a picture of what you tick and untick, very easy follow it and see what happens..

What about 'System Restore'? Do you think that will work as well.

Azn - to my knowledge there is no such feature as "System Repair" in Windows XP. If you know of one please enlighten me.
