Unhappy Remote Assistance is GREAT but....

how do I connect to Windows 2000 clients using remote assistance and is it possible? I recently connected from a WinXP Pro machine to another WinXP Pro machine and remote assistance worked great. But several of my clients have Windows 2000. How do I connect to them?
