QuickLaunch Toolbar Resizes itself after logon

Hello,

I have setup my Quicklaunch toolbar to include icons that I use most often. I have also sized it such that I see all of the icons at once. Whenever I log off and log back on again, the Quicklaunch toolbar is resized and I cannot see all my icons unless I resize it again or click on the >> button to view the hidden shortcuts.

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

Once you have set it up the way you want, right click on the taskbar and select "Lock Taskbar" and see if that helps.
