Writing to DTR and RTS pin on RS232 in VB

Hi
Now PCMCIA-RS232 cards & USB-RS232 cables enable writing in VB to COM1 on XP - does anyone know VB code to raise the voltage on the DTR and/or RTS pins to produce an ON/OFF effect?
