Need Help With Trogan

Today my AVG detected a Trojan in :

C:\Documents and Settings\new user\Local Settings\ TEMP\msg 32E.Tmp10654064417746.exe

or :

C:\Documents and Settings\new user\Local Settings\TEMP\msg321

or:

Trojan horse Downloader.Istbar.CP

I've ran several scans from Norton Anti Virus 2000 and it doesn't locate it but the AVG does, but it can not clean or delete this file.

Download the Trojan scanner. the program is called Trojan Hunter very good with Trojans.
